We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options:
Cancellation and Refunds
Full Refund: Requests received on or before May 31, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Partial Refund: Requests received between June 1 and June 10, 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made after June 10, 2025, or for no-shows on the day of the event.
Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event with the new attendee’s name and contact information.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the program is canceled or postponed by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation).
How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Please email all refund or transfer requests to team@igniteceus.com. Include your name, date of registration, and reason for cancellation or transfer.
